This membership is for IV treatments administered in person at Florida Cosmetic Center. IV therapy is an in-office medical service and is not a product that will be shipped. Appointments are required for all monthly treatments.

Available Monthly Treatments
Energy Boost + Hydration – Myers’ Cocktail + Methylcobalamin (B12)
A vitamin and mineral IV focused on hydration, nutritional wellness, and supporting normal energy metabolism. The formula includes B vitamins, calcium, magnesium, and methylcobalamin (B12).
Rejuvenation + Brightening – Glutathione + Vitamin C
A skin-focused wellness IV combining glutathione and ascorbic acid (Vitamin C). Designed for clients interested in antioxidant support, collagen support, and maintaining healthy-looking skin and overall wellness.

- Ability to change your IV selection each month, subject to medical approval
- One-month rollover for an unused treatment
- Botox for $8.99 per unit
- 10% off other eligible products and services
- 4% cash back on other eligible purchases
Membership dues are not deposited into your Beauty Bank, do not earn cash back, and are not eligible for the additional 10% discount.
Membership benefits cannot be combined with other promotions. The better eligible price will be applied.
Billing and Membership Information
- $199 per month
- Automatically renews monthly on the enrollment anniversary
- Cancellation requires at least 30 days’ notice before the next renewal
- One pause of up to 30 days is permitted during each 12-month period
- One unused monthly treatment may roll over for one additional month
- Unused treatments expire after the rollover month
- Benefits and treatments are personal and nontransferable
- Appointments are required and subject to availability
