Billing and Membership Information
- Automatically renews monthly on the enrollment anniversary
- Cancellation requires at least 30 days’ notice before the next renewal
- One pause of up to 30 days is permitted during each 12-month period
- One unused selection may roll over for one additional month
- Unused selections expire after the rollover month
- Benefits and products are personal and nontransferable
- Standard pharmacy shipping is included
- California orders are included without an additional surcharge
- Laboratory testing is separate when medically appropriate
- Product orders are nonrefundable once submitted to the pharmacy or prepared
